- The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress decently. Visitors should cover their shoulders and knees, avoid see-through clothing or plunging necklines, and keep their heads uncovered.
- The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
- The ascent to the Giralda is not accessible.
- You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes earlier.
- Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- In periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. We will contact you within 72 hours, or earlier if the date is close.
- Bring headphones and your cell phone with battery. Follow the instructions on your voucher to download and use the audioguide application.

- Occasionally, for organizational reasons, the Cathedral of Seville closes some areas of its grounds to the public without prior notice.
